Activity Groups
OPAL Clubs provide a weekly opportunity for older people to get out of the house and to enjoy the companionship of others, fun activities, with plenty of tea, biscuits, chat and laughter thrown in.
Age UK Cheshire’s Bright Memories service is a day activity group for people living with the early stages of dementia.
