We provide high-quality Home Care to Seniors and Adults with disabilities living in Nantwich, Crewe, Sandbach, Alsager, Middlewich, Holmes Chapel, Winsford and all-surrounding villages and areas.
We are rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, following our most recent comprehensive inspection.
Our Clients include people living with various conditions including Dementia, Parkinson’s, Diabetes, Frailty, Stroke, MS and much more.
The services we offer our Client and very flexible and tailored to each persons requirements, but most commonly these include Companionship, support with Personal Care, Medication, Meal Preparation, Transportation, Dementia or assistance with Complex Health Conditions. We also offer Hospital to Home care, 24 Hour Live in Care, Overnight Care, and Short Term Respite.
At Right at Home South Cheshire we aim to make a genuine difference to the quality of life for the people we serve in the local community. We focus on improving the lives of those we care for, not just maintaining quality of life.
We firmly believe that to provide an excellent service, you need time. That’s why we have a preferred minimum visit time of one hour, enabling both our CareGivers and Clients to have a positive experience that allows not only time for support to be provided where it is needed, but also to have a conversation and allow for social interaction. This is where we believe we can truly “make a difference every day” to the lives of our Clients.
Our CareGivers are handpicked by our management team. We provide extensive and comprehensive training and ensure that personalities are well suited to those of the Client. We will provide a consistency of CareGivers and will never send a CareGiver who has not previously been introduced to the Client.
The personal choices of our Clients are at the forefront of the care we provide, and our care is “outcome focused” meaning that we support Clients to achieve what they want – whether that be the ability to walk unaided to the bottom of the garden or go dancing and swimming.
In addition to our Home Care services, we also offer Day Care support in Nantwich at our Adult Day Centre. Located in between Sainsbury’s and B&M Supermarkets, we provide fully supervised half and full days of Day Care between 10am-4pm on Mondays, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. We supply freshly prepared, cooked meals and our Day Care Supervisor creates a fun and relaxing atmosphere with Games, Crafts, Music and most importantly lots of laughter!
